This is followed by a slow 36-hour leavening which, thanks to the mother yeast, constantly worked, offers the product a soft and delicate consistency. Finally, the contrast with our chocolate cream will sweeten your parties like never before!

NATURAL LEAVENING BAKERY PRODUCT

Ingredients: type "0" soft wheat flour , butter , sugar, egg yolk , natural yeast powder (contains: soft wheat flour ), wheat gluten , brewer's yeast, salt, flavorings. Emulsifier (E471). Ascorbic acid (E300).

It may contain traces of nuts .

 Glazing - Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin , vanillin.

 Decoration - Ingredients: Chocolate of Modica IGP 60% cocoa without flavorings - 3% min (cocoa mass 60%, sugar).

 Each package contains a squeezer with cocoa cream inside. Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat (palm, sunflower, shea, rapeseed, in variable proportions), 20% skimmed cocoa powder, whey powder, emulsifier : soy lecithin, vanillin .
