WHO WE ARE

The love of the Blanco family for genuine things such as bread and baked goods have made the "Blanco" company stable and trustworthy, which since its inception in 1986 is increasingly growing in experience, professionalism and technology, while maintaining however, the Sicilian tradition is high for the genuineness and quality of the handcrafted products.

Today this strong experience is transmitted to the new line of typical Sicilian confectionery products called "I'M LOCAL FOOD" which has as its primary objective that of producing and exporting the typical Sicilian artisan confectionery delicacies.

Our passion has always been driven by something that belongs a little to the cultural baggage of all of us, that is the memory of the scents that were released on holidays from the kitchens of grandmothers and mothers. Each linked to a different recipe and wisdom, but all equally important because they are part of our experience.

All the care we put into our products is aimed at making our older consumers relive those flavors, those moments of family sharing, imprinted in such an intimate and personal way in everyone's memories. For the little ones, our greatest desire is to become for them that taste, that scent, that sensory dive capable of sealing their most beautiful moments and accompanying their memory forever.

Quality, guaranteed success

In a market like the current one, which is increasingly attentive and competitive, claiming the importance of quality may seem almost "taken for granted". To guarantee these elements, we use the HACCP self-control system, important certifications in the world of large-scale distribution and not only such as BRC food and IFS food, which allow, through control audits by experts, to always keep quality at the top. We are committed to ensuring that our operators rigorously apply, in every step, all the precautions and good practices necessary to obtain a genuine and safe final product.

We also opt for a "green" line in the acquisition of raw materials, in the case of cocoa we only buy UTZ certified cocoa. The UTZ protocol is a worldwide certification program aimed at sustainable cocoa producers. The purpose of which is to ensure that primary production is implemented correctly and without inconvenience for workers and local populations.
