This is followed by a slow 36-hour leavening which, thanks to the mother yeast, constantly worked, offers the product a soft and delicate consistency. Finally, the contrast with our Hazelnut cream will sweeten your parties like never before!

NATURAL LEAVENING BAKERY PRODUCT

Ingredients: Type "0" soft wheat flour , butter , sugar, egg yolk , natural yeast (contains : soft wheat flour ), wheat gluten , brewer's yeast, salt, flavorings. Emulsifier (E471). Ascorbic acid (E300).

It may contain traces of nuts.

 Icing - Ingredients: Sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats and oils (palm kernel oils, coconut oil, sal butter), Hazelnut 10%, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin ; salt, dyes: chlorophyll, curcumin.

 Decoration - Ingredients: Hazelnuts 10%.

 Each package contains a squeezer with hazelnut cream inside. Ingredients: Hazelnut 20%, sugar, vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, lactose , emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural flavor.
