- 1 Kg artisan Colomba covered with hazelnut cream and Sicilian hazelnuts;

- 190gr hazelnut cream squeezer.


Craftsmanship as tradition commands. Starting from the dough: the use of carefully selected raw materials, from free-range eggs to premium quality butter. This is followed by a slow 36-hour leavening which gives the product a soft and delicate consistency. Finally, the contrast with the Sicilian hazelnut cream will sweeten your parties like never before!


Ingredients: type "0" soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural yeast powder (contains: soft wheat flour), wheat gluten, brewer's yeast, salt, flavorings. Emulsifier (E471), ascorbic acid (E300). It may contain traces of nuts.

Glazing - Ingredients: sugar, fats and non-hydrogenated vegetable oils (paimisti oils,
coconut, sai butter), hazelnut 10%, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin: salt, dyes: chlorophyll, curcumin.

Decoration - Ingredients: 10% hazelnut peel.

Each package contains a squeezer with hazelnut cream inside. Ingredients: 20% hazelnut, sugar, vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, lactose, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural flavor.

How to store: store in a cool and dry place. Product subject to natural weight loss. After opening, consume quickly (5 days).
