- 190gr pistachio cream squeezer.

Craftsmanship as tradition commands. Starting from the dough: the use of carefully selected raw materials, from free-range eggs to premium quality butter. This is followed by a slow 36-hour leavening which, thanks to the mother yeast, constantly worked, offers the product a soft and delicate consistency. Finally, the contrast with the Sicilian pistachio cream will sweeten your parties like never before!

Ingredients: Type "0" soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural yeast (contains: soft wheat flour), wheat gluten, brewer's yeast, salt, flavorings. Glazing: white chocolate with 17% pistachio and Sicilian pistachio grains.
